Why this masterclass matters

Lipid management remains a key driver of cardiovascular risk reduction, yet many PCNs struggle to implement guidance consistently at population level. Time pressures, variation in practice, and uncertainty around optimisation often limit impact.

This session addresses those challenges by focusing on how lipid management can be delivered practically within PCN structures, supporting both quality improvement and QOF achievement.

What you will learn

In this session, you will gain practical insight into:

  • Translating lipid and cardiovascular guidance into PCN workflows

  • Identifying patients for review and optimisation

  • Improving QOF performance through effective lipid management

  • Addressing common gaps in lipid treatment in primary care

  • Supporting population-level cardiovascular risk reduction

Deliver better cardiovascular care. Meet QOF with confidence.
