1. Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the CliniLink Academy website, platform, and all associated digital content, courses, services, and materials (“the Platform”).

By accessing, registering for, or purchasing any content from CliniLink Academy, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.

2. Eligibility and Intended Users

CliniLink Academy is intended exclusively for qualified healthcare professionals and individuals undertaking recognised healthcare training.

By using the Platform, you warrant that:

  • You are a healthcare professional or healthcare trainee, and

  • You have the legal capacity to enter into binding contractual arrangements

CliniLink Academy reserves the right to restrict or revoke access where eligibility cannot be reasonably established.

3. Nature of the Services

All content provided on the Platform is supplied for educational purposes only.

Nothing on the Platform constitutes:

  • Medical advice

  • Prescribing advice

  • Diagnostic advice

  • Treatment recommendations

Use of the Platform does not create any clinician–patient relationship, advisory relationship, or duty of care between CliniLink Academy and users.

4. Account Registration and Security

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.

You agree that:

  • Access is personal and non-transferable

  • Login credentials must not be shared

  • You will notify CliniLink Academy immediately of any unauthorised access

CliniLink Academy accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised use of your account.

5. Licence to Use Content

Upon purchase, users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access the purchased content for personal educational use only.

You must not:

  • Copy, record, reproduce, or redistribute content

  • Screen record or download videos

  • Share materials with third parties

  • Use content for commercial training without written permission

6. Intellectual Property Rights


All content provided by CliniLink Academy is protected by copyright and intellectual property law.

You must not:

  • Record video or audio content

  • Capture screenshots or screen recordings

  • Download or reproduce materials

  • Share access credentials or materials

CliniLink Academy reserves the right to:

  • Monitor usage patterns

  • Suspend or terminate access without refund

  • Pursue legal remedies for infringement

7. Payments and Pricing

All prices are displayed in GBP unless otherwise stated.

Payment is required in full before access to digital content is granted.
CliniLink Academy reserves the right to amend pricing at any time without affecting existing purchases.

8. Refunds and Cancellation

Due to the digital nature of the content, all purchases are final.

By purchasing content, you expressly acknowledge that:

  • Access is provided immediately

  • You waive any statutory right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013

No refunds will be issued once access has been granted, except at CliniLink Academy’s sole discretion in exceptional circumstances.

9. Platform Availability and Changes

CliniLink Academy does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform.

We reserve the right to:

  • Modify or withdraw content

  • Suspend access for maintenance or security

  • Discontinue features or services

Such changes do not entitle users to refunds.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CliniLink Academy excludes all liability for:

  • Clinical outcomes

  • Professional or regulatory consequences

  • Loss of income or business

  • Indirect or consequential losses

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or fraud where such exclusion would be unlawful.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CliniLink Academy, its directors, officers, employees, and contributors from any claims, losses, or liabilities arising from:

  • Breach of these Terms

  • Misuse of the Platform

  • Reliance on educational content in clinical practice

12. Suspension and Termination

CliniLink Academy reserves the right to suspend or terminate access without notice where:

  • These Terms are breached

  • Misuse or unauthorised sharing is identified

  • Behaviour is unlawful or unethical

Termination does not entitle the user to a refund.

13. Data Protection

Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable UK data protection legislation.

14. Third-Party Links and Content

The Platform may include links to third-party websites or resources.
CliniLink Academy accepts no responsibility for third-party content or services.

15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising from use of the Platform.
